Exchange & Return Policy

At Vegan Sole, we want you to love every step you take in our vegan footwear.
ย If youโ€™re not completely satisfied with your purchase, weโ€™re happy to help with exchanges and returns under the following conditions:


๐Ÿ›๏ธ Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unworn and in its original condition with all tags, accessories and packaging intact.

  • Footwear showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.

  • Refunds will be processed only after our quality inspection team approves the returned product.

  • Refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 7โ€“10 working days after the product reaches us.

  • 100rs will be charged for refund.


๐Ÿ” Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges are available only for size or color variants of the same style, subject to stock availability.

  • Products must be unworn and returned in original packaging.

  • If the requested size/color is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be issued as per the return policy.

  • 100rs will be charged for exchange.

Order Cancellation

  • Before Dispatch:
    Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
    To cancel, email us at veansole2020@gmail.com with your order number.

  • After Dispatch:
    Once the order is shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you may initiate a return or exchange once the product is delivered (as per our Return Policy).

  • Prepaid Orders:
    Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders (before dispatch) will be issued to the original payment method within 5โ€“7 business days.


๐Ÿšš How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at vegansole2020@gmail.com or fill out our Return/Exchange Form within the policy period.

  2. Our team will guide you through the return/exchange process and provide the correct return address.

  3. Please ship the product securely in its original box to avoid damage during transit.

  4. Keep the courier tracking details until the return is confirmed.

  • Custom or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged/defective.

  • In case of manufacturing defects, notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order with clear photos.

  • We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy standards.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not covered under this policy.
