📦 Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 15-17 business days after payment confirmation.
  

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  

• Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

🚛 Shipping Time

• Metro cities: 15 business days
  

• Other cities/towns: 15-20 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on courier delays, weather, or location.

🌍 Shipping Charges

• A standard shipping fee is free to all orders.
  

• COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may include a nominal service charge (₹50–₹100) depending on location.

💳 Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available in select pincodes across India.
  

• Please ensure correct delivery details are shared. Orders returned due to refusal or incorrect address may not be eligible for COD in future.

📦 Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email/SMS with a tracking number and link.

🧾 Incorrect or Incomplete Address

• Please ensure your delivery address, phone number and pin code are correct before confirming your order.
  

• We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
